Infotype Y.E.A. Information (0146), specially designed for Japan, stores the amounts and information necessary the Year End Adjustment process.

Information such as the amounts of insurance fee and income of the employee's spouse should be stored in this infotype.

Maximum limit of the employee's income is checked in payroll, not in this infotype.

Infotype Y.E.A. Information (0146) records should be created or updated in the following situations:

• During the Year End Adjustment period.
• Based on the following information provided by the employee, Y. E. A. record should be created or updated.

1. Insurance deduction declaration form
2. Declaration form for special deduction for spouse
3. Dependents deduction declaration form
4. Declaration form for special deductions (like for housing acquiring)
