
Lease-Out: Refreshing Cash Flow 

When you activate the lease-out, the cash flow is updated only for a certain period of time defined in Real Estate Customizing (a maximum of 2 years). Debit position uses the cash flow.
At the latest, when the period of time set here runs out, the cash flow has to be recalculated since otherwise the debit position for contracts that have not been changed after having been activated cannot find any records anymore.
You receive an overview of the activities performed.
This extends the update of the cash flow by the time set in Real Estate Customizing.

It is recommended to regularly run the report bi-annually as a background job. If you have a lot of lease-outs, you should create several variants (sorted by business entities, for example) for reasons of performance.
