In return for the management of real estate objects on behalf of the owners, the manager receives a corresponding fee.
You use this function to settle periodic fee types.

Only fee types of active management contracts are taken into account.

Account determination
You can set two parameters for the account determination in the Real Estate Customizing:
deduced from the conditions in a management contract
must be maintained directly in the master data of the rental units and agreements concerned
Advantage: A different account determination control is possible for each management contract.
