
Activating Rent Adjustments: Cross-Method
Prerequisites
You have an adjustment run (user identification).
Procedure
You have the following options in the selection screen:

You can carry out the selection directly by selecting adjustment methods or by selecting adjustment runs (User ID(s) or Valid from date) |
You do not want to activate all rent adjustments of one or several adjustment runs (User-ID(s) or Valid from date). |
Select the lease-outs or rental units for which you want to activate the rent adjustment in the Business entity, Rental unit, Lease-out fields Example Rent Adjustment: Selection Options For Activating |
For Selection acc. to category and status group box |
The adjustments subject to approval are defined in Customizing for Real Estate Overview Table: System Settings for Adjustment Methods ) |
You want to directly release all subject-to-approval adjustments of an object selection for activation |
Enter the required date in the Approval date proposal field This date is copied to the selected adjustments but can still be manually changed Otherwise you have to add the approval date to each individual subject-to-approval adjustment to be able to activate them |
You want to activate directly all adjustments of an object selection |
Flag the Activate directly? field If you have selected subject-to-approval adjustments, you have to enter the required date in the Approval date proposal field |

Result
If you have selected the Activate directly? field, the system activates the adjustment and updates the respective lease-outs or rental units as new condition items.
If you have not selected the Activate directly? field, you get a list of adjustments for further editing:
