Since sales are below the specified minimum sales for the first reporting interval, the following sales-based rent was calculated for this condition type on the basis of the sales settlement:

15000 + 25000 = 40000 Sales report -> Sales-based rent calculated = 40000 * 0,12 = USD 4800
