Changing Offers 

Use

1. Starting from the initial screen, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Rental ® Offer ® Change, convert to LO.
2. Enter data as required.
3. You have two possibilities for editing:

If	Then
You want to change the master data for the offer	Choose Master data and save your data
You want to transfer the offer to a lease-out	Proceed as follows: Choose Transfer to LO. If automatic creation of the customer is set in Customizing for Real Estate, the applicant screen is displayed in the change mode. . Save the partner data: The applicant is copied as Tenant with customer account. If the applicant is not saved as a customer in the system, you receive a message. If you want to assign a customer, choose Yes Edit the customer and then save. You can however also continue creating the lease-out by choosing No because the customer does not have to exist until you activate the lease-out If you have assigned settlement units to the rental unit, the system branches to settlement participation of the lease-out. The service charge keys were copied into the contract Save again. You receive the message that the lease-out has been created
