Definition
Proposal for an applicant aimed at concluding a lease-out on a rental unit.
Use
You create offers to propose vacant rental units to one or several applicants.
You enter data in an offer relevant to the following:
Reference offer
You use a reference offer to determine frequently used, invariable data and copy this to other offers when creating them.
You can only use reference offers when assigning rental requests or applications to a rental unit (Application
® Assign ® Search for application > rental units) as a basis for creating further offers.Structure
An offer is created from the master data of a lease-out.

application.Creating lease-outs
An offer can be automatically converted to a lease-out when an applicant accepts the offer. The applicant is copied to the new lease-out as the main contractual partner or tenant, provided that the required settings have been made in Customizing for Real Estate.
