Change.
Enter the order or WBS element.
Choose the Settlement rule function.
An overview screen appears. You can enter your distribution rules in a table on this screen.
Choose Goto ®
Settlement parameters.
A detail screen for the entry of settlement parameters appears.
Enter a source structure. Choose Overview to return to the overview screen.
On the overview screen, there is now a column for source assignment in the Default distribution rules table. You can thereby enter different amounts for each cost element group that is defined in Customizing.
For each settlement share, enter
- The receiver type (such as CTR for cost center), in Cat column
- The receiver (such as cost center)
- The percentage or equivalence number for that receiver
- Settlement type (PRE = preliminary settlement or FUL = full settlement)
- The source assignment
