Processing Budget on Program Position (Supplements and Returns) 
Procedure
Choose Programs ®
Budgeting ® Edit Supplements or Edit Returns.
Enter the program position, belonging to the subtree you want to work with (optional).
Enter the supplements or the returns for the investment program position, either for the overall budget or the annual budget. The supplements or returns change the distributed values of the investment program positions that are higher in the investment program.
