You see the garnishment statistics report which displays the number of employees with garnishments and without garnishments sorted by personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group and employee subgroup.

Note

Select a personnel subarea by placing the cursor on the appropriate line and by choosing Choose. This displays the names of the employees in the specified personnel subarea that have garnishments, as well as the number of garnishments that are outstanding. This function is only available when garnishments exist for the subarea.

Further, if you place the cursor on an employee’s name and choose Choose, the system will display all garnishments for the particular employee.

You can sort by status and priority or by garnishment numbers.

Next to each garnishment, a traffic light displays the status. A red light means the garnishment is either Inactive or Released, a green light means that a garnishment is Active, and a yellow light means that a garnishment is Pending.
