Activities for Element Types
Create
The Records Planner is displayed. This is where you create the file plan.
Find
A dialog box is displayed for restricting the search. For a description of the dialog box, see

Display
You reach the Records Planner, in which the file plan is displayed.
Change
The Records Planner is displayed. This is where you can edit the file plan.
Delete
This deletes all versions of the file plan.
Other Functions ® Transport Entry
A dialog box is displayed. Use the input help to select a transport request.
This function is only possible if the content model underlying the element type of this file plan can be transported.
Other Functions ® Copy Plan
The file plan is copied. The copied file plan has the same attribute values as the original file plan. Only the short description is changed: The prefix Copy of is added at the beginning.
