Entry Document Display in List Form

Use

You use this function to display entry documents in a list.

Features

Selection

You can use the following selection criteria to select and display entry documents:

Entry document

Entry document category

Entry document date

Waste generation

Entry document status

As standard, entry documents with the system statuses CRTD (Created) and CLSD (Closed) are displayed. If you specify a status as a selection criterion, only entry documents with this status are displayed.

Output

You can control the output during selection via the parameters in the ScopeOfLst screen area:

You can specify whether entry documents for which no waste quantity has yet been entered should also be displayed.
You can specify whether the account assignment data for the entry documents should be displayed.
You can specify the unit of measure in which the waste quantities for the entry documents should be displayed. If you do not enter a unit of measure, the waste quantities are displayed in the unit of measure stored in the entry document.

Note

You can only enter a unit of measure that you have specified as a base unit of measure or alternative unit of measure in the waste material master or that has the same dimension as the base unit of measure (see Units of Measure).

You can specify whether the entry documents are sorted according to the entry document number or according to the waste generation specified in the entry document.

The data is displayed via modules in general list processing (SAP List Viewer, ALV), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, totals formation, field selection, display variants, and so on) are available in the list. In addition, you can branch to the following objects if you double-click them in the list:

Entry document

The detail view of the entry document appears.

Note

If the entry document contains the deletion indicator, the partner assignments and account assignment data are not displayed.

Waste

The material master appears in display mode.

Waste generator

The waste generator tab page in the Waste Management master data appears in display mode.

Activities

In the Waste Management menu, choose Disposal processing ® Easy entry.

The Easy Entry screen appears.

Choose Document overview.

The Entry Document List screen appears.

Enter data as required and choose .
