General Selections

You can use the following general selection criteria when selecting positions:

Product Groups

·        Securities

·        Loans

·        Listed options and futures

·        OTC transactions

By choosing one or more product groups, you can select the positions for these groups.

In addition to selecting the product groups, you can (or in some cases you must) use the general selections to select the individual positions.

General Selections

·        Company Code

Choose the appropriate company code. The default company code is 0001. You can overwrite this if necessary.

 To use the function Edit Position Management Procedure, you must enter a valuation area.

·        Valuation Area

You can restrict the selection of positions to one valuation area.

 To use the function Edit Position Management Procedure, you must enter a valuation area.

You can use the following position criteria (differentiation terms) to select positions across product groups:

·        Product type

·        Valuation class

·        Portfolio

You can restrict the selection further using the following product group-dependent position criteria (differentiation terms):

Securities

·        ID number

·        Securities account

·        Securities account group

Loans

·        Contract number

Listed options and futures

·        ID number

·        Futures account

OTC transactions

·        Transaction number
