Use

This procedure describes how you assign an account assignment object to a waste management business partner.

The account assignment objects that you assign to a waste management business partner in the waste generator role are automatically assigned to the entry documents in which the waste generator occurs in the SAP disposal processing component (see Entering Account Assignment Objects).

Caution

You cannot change this automatic assignment in disposal processing, in other words you cannot carry out a different account assignment in disposal processing if you have assigned an account assignment object to the waste generator in the master data. This ensures that the correct account assignment objects are assigned to the entry documents.

Prerequisites

You have executed the procedure Editing Waste Management Business Partners and are on the first tab page for the waste management business partner to which you want to assign an account assignment object.

Procedure

You can assign an account assignment object in the following ways:

    1. Enter this integration object under Assignment to (Integration).

Note

For an integration object in Waste Management to actually be used as an account assignment object, you must have set the Acct.assig.obj. indicator for the integration object in the IMG activity Specify Object Types for Integration in Customizing for Waste Management.
    1. Save your entries.
    1. Choose Acct assignmt.
    2. Enter data as required and save your entries.

Note

If you assign an account assignment object as an integration object and specify another account assignment object under Acct assignmt, the account assignment object that you specified under Acct assignmtis used for a waste generator in the entry document in the SAP disposal processing component.
