Generation of the Spanish personal calendar 

Use

The generation of the personal calendar is a prior requirement so that the Spanish payroll can be carried out.

Requirements

In the implementation guide of the payroll, the settings have been made as shown under Payroll ® Personal calendar.

Functional characteristics

The Spanish national calendar is generated via the program ‘Generation of the Spanish personal calendar’ (RPTGENE0)

Activities

Launch this program each month for all the employees for whom the payroll must be calculated.

You will obtain access to the program from the Spanish payroll menu, under ® Payroll ® Generate personal calendar.
