In this infotype, which you have to maintain during the relocation preparation phase and which contains the same information as in infotype Documents (0702) according to subtype (child, spouse, etc.), you store all the legal documents that are needed for the global employee’s dependants.

This infotype enables you to define the dependant’s document characteristics on the basis of the applicable immigration laws and keep track of the documents during the application process.

The infotype is split into four sections described below:

• Dependant’s Details
• Document Details
• Issue Details
• Status

In this section, you can specify:

• The place the document was issued at.
• The document number. This field is alphanumeric to allow any possible combination.
• The expiration date by delimiting the infotype record.

You cannot change the displayed document type.

In this section, you can specify the place the legal document was issued at.

In this section, you can keep track of the document you are processing by assigning it to the relevant status.

• Accepted
  The application has been accepted by the competent authorities.

• In Progress
  The application is still running.

• On Hold
  Additional information is required to round off the application process.

• Posted
  The document has been sent to the processor after approval by the competent authorities.

• Rejected
  The application has been rejected by the competent authorities.
