Procedure

  1. On the selection screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Org. structure.

    2. This takes you to the Choose Organizational Unit dialog box.

  2. Navigate to the required organizational unit, and then select it. You can select one or more organizational units, entire branches of an organizational structure, or a complete organizational structure.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The report selection screen is displayed again. When the report is executed, it runs for all of the employees who belong to the selected organizational units or their underlying organizational units.
