Use

After you have made the usage decision, you have two options for posting inspection lot stocks. You can post the stocks for:

Posting Stocks for a Single Inspection Lot

  1. Choose Logistics ® Quality management ® Quality inspection ® Inspection lot ® Usage decision ® Change with history.
  2. Enter an inspection lot number and choose Usage decision (UD).
  3. In the usage decision screen, choose the Inspection lot stock tab.
  4. Enter the quantities of stock to be posted in the appropriate field(s).
  5. Save the changes.

The To be posted quantities are updated in the system. The next time you call up the function for the usage decision and display the tab for inspection lot stocks, the Quantity posted column will include these posted stocks.

Posting Stocks for Several Inspection Lots

If you want to post stocks for several inspection lots, you can generate a list of inspection lots that meet your selection criteria using the work list function.
