Use

In the usage decision screen, you can view the characteristic results that were recorded for the inspection lot you are currently processing.

Displaying results for a single inspection lot

Choose the Characteristics tab to view the summarized results for the inspection characteristics. Depending on the setting of the processing mode, the system displays:

You can switch between these views by choosing Extras ® Processing mode and by selecting the desired processing mode.

Note

Your system administrator can define which characteristics are displayed in this screen in the Customizing.

Displaying results for several inspection lots

You can also display the inspection results for several inspection lots using an evaluation function for inspection characteristics.

  1. Choose Logistics ® Logistics controlling ® QM information system ® Environment ® Evaluations ® Characteristics ® Inspection results.

    2. The screen for entering the selection criteria appears.

  2. Enter your selection criteria (you should enter at least a material and inspection lot origin).
  3. Choose Execute.

    4. A list of inspection lots with results data is displayed.

  4. Double-click an inspection lot, operation, or characteristic result to display additional detailed information.

Note

You can display a chronological history of the inspection results for a characteristic using the function Results history. You can use this function when you make the usage decision and during results recording. For more information about this function, see Structure link Display of Results History.
