Variable Overviews

In the structure overview, you can stipulate and display different data for each object. You define an overview variant in Customizing for the information system.

  1. Choose Goto ® Structure overview ® Variable overview.

    2. A dialog box appears.

  2. Select an overview variant and choose Continue .

The overview is displayed.

Individual Overviews

To call up individual overviews from the structure overview, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the relevant project objects in the object list.
  2. Choose Individual overview.

    3. The individual overview is displayed.

  3. Return to the structure overview.

You can also call up the individual overviews directly from the Easy Access menu. See Calling Up Individual Overviews Directly.

Detail Screens

You can call up detail screens for all project objects in the structure or individual overviews. The detail screens show general information on the project object, for example, activity or WBS element data.

  1. Select the object in the Project Structure column
  2. Place the cursor on the object and press the right mouse key. Choose Detail Screen from the resulting list of options.

    3. The details appear in a popup.

  3. Return to the overview.
