This parameter is used by SAP tools to define the control drivers for the mount or dismount commands. These commands cause the tapes to be mounted or dismounted when using a jukebox or autoloader, that is, backup_dev_type = tape_box|pipe_box. For more information, see backup_dev_type.

Syntax:

tape_address_ctl = <dev>|(<dev_list>)

Default: value of tape_address_rew

<dev>: Control driver address

The number of control driver addresses in tape_address_ctl must agree with the number of device addresses in tape address.
