Entering content frameProcedure documentation Defining User-Specific Settings Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® HR Funds and Position Management.
  2. Choose Settings ® User-specific settings.
  3. The User-Specific Settings dialog box appears.

  4. Select the appropriate tab page, and flag the Display options that you want to have on permanent display.
  5. If applicable, select an access option on the Access tab page.
  6. To save your personal settings, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You can also change your user-specific settings in the Overall Budget and Organization components by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
