Definition
Distinguishing feature of payroll results with the same
for-period.Use
The system assigns a status indicator to each payroll result.
If a payroll result is no longer up-to-date because retroactive accounting was performed, it is not deleted. Instead, it is assigned a different status indicator by the system.
Structure
There are three different status indicators:
As the following example illustrates, a for-period can only have one result with status indicator A and one result with status indicator P. However, a for-period can have several results with status indicator O.
