Self Invoice

Definition

Structure

The self invoice lists information for your own company, not that of the original vendor: your company name, address, and tax number. It also contains:

The self-generated invoice number
Date of the self invoice, which refers to the date its unique document number was generated
Reference information: EU vendor number, original vendor-invoice document number in the SAP System, and the vendor's invoice number

The self invoice contains one line for input acquisition tax, consisting of the tax rate, the tax amount, and the tax base. The final line lists the total amount of the self invoice.

Integration

You run the print program RFKORDES to generate self invoice numbers (by setting the Generate Numbers indicator) and to print self invoices. The information recorded in self invoices must later be reported in your VAT register, using the Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases program (RFUMSV00).
