Calculate the number of active users for the service Cross Application Time Sheet where:

active users = (number of transactions / time frame) * average transaction time.

The Cross Application Time Sheet is a peak load service.

Here are the values for the elements required to make the calculation:

Number of transactions

1,000 per week

1,000 employees have to do time sheet entry every week.

Time frame

4 hours (= 240 minutes)

In this case, on Fridays from 1 to 5 pm.

Average transaction time

15 minutes (30 seconds per screen)

Each completed transaction consists of 30 screens.

Number of active users

1000 / 240 * 15 = 63 active users
