Customers can use SAP workflows, but they cannot edit them directly. An SAP workflow can be implemented using task-specific Customizing.

You can create a workflow configuration for an SAP workflow to configure the steps of the SAP workflow. To change the SAP workflow further, you must create a copy of it.
