Archiving Budget Postings (FI-FM)
Definition
Budget hierarchy documents from Funds Management (FM) are archived using the archiving object FM_BUDHIE.
Structure
You can archive data from different tables using the archiving object FM_BUDHIE. From the archiving function you can display the tables affected by pressing the pushbutton DB tables.
The following functions are available for archiving object FM_BUDHIE:

Archiving |
This program archives budget documents for closed fiscal years, generating an archive file. You can set the program up so that the database entries are deleted immediately after archiving. |

Deleting |
This program deletes the database entries of budget documents that have been archived. |

Reloading |
This program reloads the archived budget documents to the database. You should only reload database entries in exceptional cases. For more information, see the program documentation. |
