Cost-Incurring Scenarios 

If costs are incurred by the processing or execution of the internal service request that you are planning in the scenario, then you can mark the scenario as being cost-incurring. You can use the following to calculate the incurred costs:

• Enter a rough estimate
• Define a template, a costing variant and strategy

To define a cost-incurring scenario, choose the following in Customizing: Cross-Application Components ® Internet- / Intranet Services ® Internal Service Request ® Scenario Definition ® Define Scenarios.

In the basic data of the scenario activate the Cost incurring indicator.
