Procedure

To remove a characteristic value from planning, proceed as follows:

  1. On the manual planning overview screen select the characteristic value you want to remove.
  2. Choose Extras ® Characteristic Planning ® Remove Characteristic Value.
  3. Confirm your entries. The characteristic value is now no longer included in the planning screen.

Result

For selecting the planning layout, the characteristic value is removed from the planning hierarchy.

Note

Any planning data existing in the database is not deleted. To delete it, use the BAdI "Post Processing for Characteristic Planning".

The characteristic value is still available in the system. If the characteristic value has already been transferred to the master data of the article (if applicable), the characteristic values are not deleted in the master data. Only the assignment in the planning hierarchy is deleted. This corresponds to the removal of a planned characteristic value assignment.
