Processing Meters (Rental Object)

To access meter data, choose Extras ® Meter when you are processing a rental object.

Note the following settings in Flexible Real Estate Management:

The indicator for consumption measurements defined in Plant Maintenance Customizing (default setting <V>) has to be set as measurement type.

Assign the characteristics for each measurement type in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate.

The characteristics define for which purpose the meter is created, for example for entering the cold water consumption or electricity consumption as well as their unit of measurement.

Choose Environment ® Characteristics to define your required characteristics. For detailed information on editing characteristics (PM function), refer to Help ® Application help while editing the function.

Select the Meter field. This field identifies that the measurement is consumption-dependent.
