Performing service charge settlement with check for 100%
During service charge settlement, the percentage shares are taken into account exactly to the day and the system determines the reference factor for distribution using the following formula.
Reference factor:
(365*30) + (184*20) + (181*50) + (184*50) + (181*20) = 36500
The division of the reference factor by the number of days of the settlement period results in the percentage rate:
