Modify maintenance object

A maintenance object, which automatically contains the table(s) maintained with the dialog, is created during generation. The maintenance object entries are significant for transporting the table/view contents. If user tables have been maintained in a maintenance dialog modification, and they are to be transported, ensure that:

the tables are manually modified in the maintenance object.

There are program parts which complete the transport request. ( Events 10, 11 or 12).

The maintenance object description is changed as follows:

Choose Utilities ® Maintenance objects.

Press Position. A dialog box appears, where you can enter the name of the object on which to position.

Enter the name of the table or view for which you generated the maintenance dialog and choose Continue. The system displays the desired entry in the first line.

Mark the entry by clicking on the box at the beginning of the line.

Choose Table view ® Other view. A dialog box appears.

Position the cursor on Object list and choose Choose. The system displays the object list of the selected object.

Choose New entries. The system offers additional lines ready for input.

Enter the table(s) and save your input.
