The following functions use selected entries

• Delete
• Change field entries
• Copy
• Back to original
• Retrieve (from trash)
• Put in request (only for manual transport request)
• Delete from request (only for manual transport request)

The number of selected enträies is in the variables MARK_TOTAL and MARK_EXTRACT. If the value is greater than 0, a status is set for selected entries.

• MARK_TOTAL contains the number of selected entries in the internal table TOTAL
• MARK_EXTRACT contains the number of selected entries in the internal table EXTRACT

The realization of the routines depends on in which maintenance screen the above functions are called.
