Archive Management (FI)

You can display administrative data on the archiving session for each archiving object.

You access the Management function in Archive Management. To reach

Archive Management choose:

Tools ® Administration ® Administration ® Archiving or

General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Banks ® Periodic processing ® Archiving ® <Archiving object> ® Management.

When you access Archive Management from these menus, the archiving object is defaulted by the system in the field Object name. For the first method you must enter the archiving object yourself or use the input help.
