When you create a new complete object (programs, function groups, logical databases, and so on), the transport object is included into the transport request. When you delete function modules or generate view maintenance modules, the relevant function group is included into the transport request.

In these cases, the tree node Created / Generated is displayed in the modification adjustment underneath the associated complete object. During upgrade or import of a Support Package, the tree node Created / Generated can show a red traffic light in transaction SPAU. This also happens if only a subobject (source text, screen) or the relevant object catalog entry was imported. Double-click the tree node to see a dialog window that contains recommendations on how to proceed.

In the Modification Browser check whether for this complete object there are other modified subobjects besides the node Created / Generated. To do this, browse the subtrees with Modification Assistant and without Modification Assistant.

Find out how many of your modifications you must keep. If your newly created object was overwritten, recreate it using a different name.

If you want to keep the complete object flagged as a modified object in the Modification Browser, click the red traffic light in transaction SPAU and choose Adjusted.

If you do not want to keep any modifications, if you recreated the complete object under a different name, or if you retrieved the modifications in the subobjects of the complete object, reset the tree node Created / Generated in SPAU to original.
