Changing Settlement Participation on RE
Contract
Participation in service charge settlement is automatically generated for each Real Estate contract. Participation is generated each time the RE contract is called, as well as on the date of settlement. The system does this by assigning the service charge keys of the settlement units, to which the rental object(s) is/are assigned, to the conditions of the Real Estate contract.
However you can define exceptions to automatic settlement participation in the Real Estate contract, or make changes directly.
Keep in mind that it is not possible to
regenerate settlement participation after service charge
settlement!
· Advance payment
· Flat rates
· No participation

...
1. In the contract processing screen, choose the Settlement Participation tab.
2.
The rental
objects that are assigned to the contract are listed in the Selectable
Objects table. When you have assigned rental objects to a settlement unit,
the settlement participation appears, for each selected rental object, in the
Settlement Participation for Selected Object table with the status
Generated.
3. You can change the participation type and the validity period of the generated settlement participation of the rental object.
4.
Save your
changes. A new line appears in the table with the changed settlement
participation and the status
Changed.
You have defined exceptions for the settlement participation in a Real Estate contract. The system adapts the automatically generated settlement participation to your exceptions.
