Setting Number Formats

Choose Settings ® Number format to make the following settings for each format class:

Number of decimal places

Scaling (for example, 3 represents 103)

Column width

Reverse ± sign

Unit width in the report (that is, the number of columns to be reserved in the report for currency or units of measure)

Note

You can also specify the column width and unit width individually for different format classes. Choose Settings ® Layout ® Column totals (see Settings).
