Archiving CO Postings (FI-FM)
Definition
CO postings from Funds Management (FM) are archived using the archiving object FM_DOC_CO. These are:
Structure
You can archive data from different tables using the archiving object FM_DOC_CO. From the archiving function you can display the tables affected by pressing the pushbutton DB tables.

Archiving |
The archiving program archives the CO postings from FM, generating an archive file. You can set the program up so that the database entries are deleted immediately after archiving. |

Deleting |
The delete program deletes the database entries of the CO postings from FM that have been archived. |

Evaluating |
The evaluation program carries out a sequential evaluation of the archived CO postings. This program is designed for test cases or a small amount of data. Use the archive information system (SAP AS) for more comprehensive evaluations. |
RFFMAR22 |
Reloading |
The reloading program reloads archived CO postings for FM to the database. You should only reload database entries in exceptional cases. For more information, see the program documentation. |
RFFMAR25 |
Integration
The CO postings in Funds Management are copies of the financial accounting documents. You can not archive CO postings in FM until the corresponding external CO documents have been archived using the archiving object CO_ITEM.
