Subsequent Settlement
Definition
This standard analysis is used for evaluating key figures from the area of Subsequent Settlement in the Retail Information System.
Use
You can use this analysis to optimize your business processes connected with vendor rebate arrangements. It enables users to spot discrepancies between the current and previous year's income early. You can compare final and interim settlement results and introduce optimization strategies in plenty of time. You can, for example, get an overview of the vendors with the largest bonuses, or check how income is distributed at plant level.
Structure
The Subsequent Settlement standard analysis is based on data that is updated to information structure S015. The system updates the purchase order data (vendor business volume) at the time of invoice receipt, or updates arrangement data (income) at the time of subsequent settlement for each credit memo or billing document.
