Real Estate Management (RE)

A characteristic that selects one of several correspondence activities within a correspondence application for the letter print, based on certain criteria.

This is controlled by function modules that are assigned to the correspondence applications in Customizing.

Example

In the "notice" correspondence application, you can determine the assigned "reason for notice". The correspondence activity assigned to this notice reason is used in the letter print of each selected lease-out (rental agreement in releases prior to 4.6C).
