A statistical percentage rate for each period depending on the regional location.

The heating value percentage rate is used for weighting heating expenses.

Example

• Regional location: Zurich
• Settlement period: 01/01/98 - 06/30/98
• January -> 60% (heating value percentage rate)
• February to May -> 40%
• June -> 0%

This specifies that the month of June is weighted with 0% and January with 60% in the heating expenses settlement.
