Use

The Structure link network graphic is used to display relationships between archiving objects. It does not affect actual archiving of data and is only used as a graphical display of relationships between archiving objects.

Procedure

If your archiving object must be archived before another archiving object or vice versa, you can enter these relationships in the network graphic for each relevant archiving object.

  1. In transaction AOBJ, select an archiving object and choose Maintain Network Graphic under Archiving Object.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter the archiving objects whose data must be archived before that of the current archiving object.
  4. Save your entries and return to the initial screen of transaction AOBJ.
  5. Continue for all relevant archiving objects.
