Use

The settlement results supplied by an external company (D-tape) are imported into the settlement table.

Prerequisites

You have created a DME settlement unit.

Procedure

Choose

Flexible Real Estate Management ® Service Charge Settlement ® Tapes for External Settlement Company ® Import D-Tape

In the next screen, set the required program parameters.

Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Execute (F8).

Result

The settlement result is posted with the service charge settlement.
