Integration

The credit-side SU is a certain type of settlement unit with a specific service charge key on which all heating expenses for a particular DME settlement unit are collected. Service charge key 3000 serves this purpose in the standard delivery.

The total costs determined by the external settlement company are:

Apportioned according to the settlement units of the DME settlement unit (debited to the respective contracts, rental objects and tenant accounts)
Credited to the settlement units using the credit-side SU
