Use

Automatic data transfer from a legacy or operational system to an R/3 System is possible (see also Structure linkExternal Data Transfer).

Look in the IMG for further information and the application programs. (See Cross-Application Components ® SAP Business Partner ® External Data Transfer)

Note

This function is not relevant if you are using a CRM System.
