Usage

You now display a model dunning notice on your screen. You print the dunning notices in the next process step.

Procedure

  1. On the Dunning screen, choose Sample printout.
  2. The Schedule Sample Printout dialog box appears.

    If you have not specified a printer in your user parameters, a dialog box appears. Enter the your printer ID, then choose Start immediately. Choose .

  3. Choose Print.

    You use the sample printout to check that the dunning template is okay. To change the layout, choose Environment ? Maintain configuration. When you have changed the configuration, choose Sample printout and confirm that you want to display the printout on the screen. Choose Print.

  4. Choose until the overview tree appears.

At this stage, neither open items nor master data have been updated with the dunning data. It is still possible to delete the dunning proposal, change the parameters, and generate the proposal again.
