Printing and Displaying Sample-Drawing Instructions 

  1. Choose Extras ® Print ® Sample-Drawing Instruction and then choose Extras ® Print ® Inspection Instruction.

    2. The documents will be printed when you leave the transaction.

  2. To quit the transaction for displaying the inspection lot, choose .
  3. Choose System ® Own Spool Requests.

    4. The system opens a new session and displays an overview of your spool requests.

  4. Select script LG01 and then choose .

    5. You can now see the sample-drawing instruction. This contains the physical-sample drawing text, partial samples to be created, and the distribution of samples to laboratories.

  5. To exit the sample-drawing instruction, choose .
  6. Select script LV01 in the list and choose .

    7. The system displays the inspection instruction. You have to scroll through several pages to view the entire inspection instruction.

  7. Close the second session.
