Sending a Reminder and Confirming Certificate Receipt 

Use

You now send a reminder to your vendor that a necessary certificate has not yet been provided. You then confirm that the certificate has been received. Both of these transactions are performed using the worklist.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:
  2. Menu Path

    From the Quality Management node, choose Quality Certificates ® Inbox ® Worklist

  3. Enter the following data:

  5. Choose .
  6. You now see the purchasing document in the worklist. If the traffic light is red, a reminder must be sent.

  7. Select the line with your purchasing document.
  8. Choose Dunning notices.
  9. The Print dialog box appears. You print the reminder even though the number of reminder days has not yet been exceeded.

  10. Enter the following data:

  12. Choose (Print preview).
  13. Choose .
  14. Your certificate is still selected; the traffic light is green.

  15. Choose Certificate.
  16. Use the possible entries help to change the content of the Cert. status field from Reminder for certificate sent to Certificate filed and inspected.

  18. If any warning messages appear, choose .
  19. Choose until the overview tree appears.
