The payroll process administrator is responsible for all activitie s concerning payroll for a group of employees. Every month the process administrator runs payroll and makes the corresponding transfers.

They are authoriz ed to run the programs that update the database.

This role involves the following activities:

• Running payroll
• Making transfers for payroll payments
• Calculating contribut ion and reserve amount s
• Managing leave
• Compensation for leave (sick leave, maternity leave, leave due to an accident at work)
• Creating lists and statistics and printing statements
• Managing e m ployee profit sharing
• Calculating training costs (Decla ration 2483)
