Creating Production Versions 

  1. On the MRP, Work Scheduling, or Costing screen, choose ProdVersions.
  2. The Production Version Overview dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the following information:
  4. – Version number

    – Text describing the production version

    – Validity period

    If a run schedule can be created for the production version, set the RS indicator.

    To specify more information on the production version, choose Details. The Production Version Details dialog box appears. Enter your additional information as required and choose one of the following options:

    Continue to return to the overview

    Next version to access the Production Version Details dialog box for the next production version

    If you know from the start that you will need to enter more data than that offered in the Production Version Overview dialog box, choose New details. The Production Version Details dialog box appears.

  5. To return to the MRP, Work Scheduling, or Costing screen, choose Continue.
  6. Save your data.
